Your Vectone 1628 account can also be used as a International calling service when you are abroad. Vectone 1628 International calling service means you can avoid excessive hotel phone charges or the need for having foreign change to hand when travelling abroad.

International calling can be used from touch-tone telephones in 12 countries to call worldwide.

When you run out of credit whilst using International calling you will automatically be connected to customer care.

If using International calling from your mobile whilst abroad first check with your mobile provider to see if you will be charged when Dialling toll free numbers in the country you wish to call from.

Instructions

1. Simply dial the relevant toll free access number for the country you are in (see list of International calling access numbers).
2. At the prompt enter your account number and PIN.
3. If you are making a call to the UK, only dial the STD code and number you wish to call. You do not need to dial the international code for the UK, by connecting to the 1628talk network through the International calling access number; your call will be connected from the UK.

If calling a country outside the UK, use the internationally Dialling code as if calling from the UK (do not use the internationally Dialling code for the country you are in).

To calculate an International calling rate, add the per minute link rate which is 5p for all the countries.
