Vectone 1628 offers an instantly available no frills, easy to your account access service to all account customers:

  1. Simply allocate an amount from your account to your Internet service (minimum £10) by calling Customer Care on 0845 042 4242
  2. Configure your dial-up networking located in the ‘My Computer’ folder on your PC or Mac as follows:

    Dial up Number: 0800 1386380
    User Name: Same as your Vectone 1628 Account Number
    Password: Same as your Vectone 1628 PIN

    Don’t forget to save Vectone 1628 as your default service.

    Internet access calls are charged at 1p per minute
