Fast Access : You can register a maximum of three numbers, including one mobile number for Fast Access. From a registered BT landline there is no need to enter your account number and PIN when you make a call.

PIN Security : While registering your numbers you can opt for PIN security and restrict others from using your account. Whenever you want to make a call, you only need to enter PIN for your account.
Last Number Redial : With this facility you can redial the last dialled number. Just press # without hanging up followed by 1.

Follow On call : With this option you can make a follow on call without hanging up. Press # twice and dial the number.

Balance Inquiry : For a balance inquiry press #2 after the prompt "please enter you destination number"

Low Credit Warning : When your credit falls below one minute of talk time (to the destination you have dialled), you will hear a single beep sound. When you run out of credit, you will be automatically transferred to our Easy Pay hotline, where you can top-up your account using your debit card.
